Rubix expands its presence in the Rhône-Alpes region

Rubix, via its Rubix brand, has just completed the acquisition of FIPA, a specialist in the distribution of industrial supplies and personal protective equipment, and in the manufacture of hydraulic flexible hoses.

FIPA had already been a member of the Indépendants Orexad network since 2016.

Founded in 1994 and based in the Ain region, FIPA employs 12 people and reports sales of nearly €5 million.

Eric David and Ludovic Lacondemine, founders and directors of FIPA, stated: “We are pleased to be selling our company to Rubix, a partner of over 4 years who has contributed to our development”.

Olivier Ribault, Director of Operations at Rubix (Rubix in France), commented: “We are delighted to acquire FIPA, a company that provides services in a dynamic industrial and logistics region, and to welcome its teams within Rubix”.
